The Reversed Mail Logistics (RML) Returns service is based on Spring's global postal network and is used by product manufacturers or resellers to get products returned from their end users for repair, replacement or recycling purposes. The end user simply attaches a free-post return label on the parcel and delivers it the nearest post office or to the mailroom at work.
