Addressing formats
It does not matter how you write the name and title of the recipient on the address (one or two lines, with or without punctuation).
However, no punctuation should be written elsewhere in the address (unless the address is handwritten in which case street numbers and names can be separated by a comma).
Street names come before street numbers.
Postcodes on Italian addresses are written on the left of the city's name on the same line. The two-letter abbreviation of the region should be written in capitals after the city's name.
