Letter Services

When you send letters to the Netherlands and use TNT Post's national delivery network, you have a choice of two services. Each service has its own criteria and advantages. Your choice may depend on the type of letter item you send, the delivery speed you require or the number of items you send. If your letter items are over 50 grams, you can also opt for the alternative distribution network of Netwerk VSP.
Direct Mail Services
Direct mail items (including printed matter) are less personal than letter items. Think of direct mail shots, catalogues, brochures, magazines. It is usually information you can exchange or share with someone else.
There are a number of services available to you if you decide to use TNT Post for sending your direct mail items to the Netherlands. Apart from the standard Direct Mail service, there are two specialist services for periodicals and relationship magazines. So, your choice will depend on the type of direct mail you send, the number of items you send and the delivery speed you require. Netwerk VSP’s alternative network is also available for all your direct mail items.
Unaddressed Mail
If you send unaddressed mail and want to target specific groups, TNT Post can offer you a choice of several targeting techniques based on its socio-demographic information, when you use its Unaddressed Mail service.
Parcel Services
TNT Post’s parcel service network covers both the Netherlands and Belgium. They offer a 24-hour service only (measured from when your parcels are handed over to TNT Post in the Netherlands or Belgium) against a reasonable rate. The service also offers a track and trace option on each item that enters the parcels distribution network, thus competing easily with its express competitors.
Response Services
When you send mail that requires a response, including an easy-to-use response mechanism is key. Consider including a prepaid reply card or envelope to obtain that response. You may also want to consider using this service to have unwanted or faulty goods return to you and use it as a reversed mail logistics option.
